1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website www.br-k.ch and all related communications, including email and WhatsApp correspondence with BR//K Atelier (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or interacting with our site, you agree to these Terms.

2. Handcrafted Products

Each BR//K piece is individually handcrafted. Minor variations in color, texture, or stitching are part of the artisanal process and do not constitute defects. Product photographs are for reference and may differ slightly from the final piece.

3. Custom Orders

Custom Atelier pieces are made individually according to the client’s specifications. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. Adjustments may be possible at the atelier’s discretion. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only.

4. 10-Year Craftsmanship Warranty

Each BR//K jacket is guaranteed against defects in craftsmanship for ten (10) years from the date of delivery. This warranty covers stitching, seams, lining, and finishing defects resulting from our workmanship.

Exclusions

  • Natural patina, scratches, or color changes of the leather.
  • Accidental damage (e.g., stains, tears, burns).
  • Alterations or repairs performed outside our atelier.
  • Misuse or improper storage.

Repairs under warranty are free of charge. Shipping costs may apply depending on location.

5. Lifetime Care

Beyond the warranty period, BR//K offers lifetime restoration services at cost. We use original or equivalent materials and techniques wherever possible.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including photographs, text, logos, and designs, is the intellectual property of BR//K Atelier and protected under Swiss and international copyright law. Any reproduction or use without written consent is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take great care to ensure accuracy, BR//K Atelier is not liable for temporary website unavailability, indirect or consequential damages, or differences in color or texture resulting from screen displays.

Our website may contain links to third-party services (e.g., Instagram, WhatsApp). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and all contractual relationships with BR//K Atelier are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law rules. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zürich, Switzerland.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The latest version is always available on this page. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
